The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially ambitious individual to join an award-winning company which is breaking new ground in developing people through vocational learning. As a CRM Data and Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing HubSpot, overseeing CRM strategy, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing technologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in data governance within our business development team. Responsibilities Include: HubSpot Product Ownership: Act as the primary owner and expert for HubSpot, managing its configuration, optimisation, and alignment with business objectives. Ensure HubSpot is configured to support marketing, sales, and customer service objectives. User Support and Training: Collaborate with the Enablement Team to create ongoing training and support to the business development team on using HubSpot and associated technology tools effectively. CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a CRM strategy that supports customer acquisition, retention, and engagement goals. Ensure that the CRM system is effectively capturing and managing customer data to drive targeted marketing and sales efforts. Systems Integration and API Management: Oversee the integration between HubSpot and other marketing, sales, and operational systems. Manage and maintain APIs and data flows between systems to enable real-time data sharing and synchronization. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integrations. Technology Management: Assist the Marketing Director and other stakeholders in evaluating and implementing new marketing and sales technologies that enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on the latest Martech trends and innovations to continuously improve the organisation’s technology capabilities Data Governance: Participate in Data Governance Committee to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance. Implement best practices for data management and governance across the organisation. Monitor and report on data quality and integrity. About You: Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of HubSpot, CRM systems, and integrations. Data Management: Strong skills in managing data flows, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data governance practices. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. Project Management: Experience in managing technical projects and working with cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder communication. Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities to address technical and data-related challenges. Strategic Insight: Ability to assist in developing and executing data and technology strategies. Experience and Skills: Essential: 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, data integration, or a related role. Proven track record of managing HubSpot and overseeing system integrations. Experience with data governance and compliance practices. Desirable: Experience working within B2B scale-ups targeting enterprise organisations. Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms.
