The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to join an award-winning company that is breaking new ground in vocational learning. As a Content Marketing Executive, you will create and develop a range of powerful content aimed at learner acquisition, including designing and producing microsites and landing pages, email campaigns and briefing client-branded collateral. You will also support the wider content team. Responsibilities include: Assist in the development of content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience personas. Create engaging and persuasive multi-channel content, including learner touchpoints (landing pages, emails, social posts, videos, case studies), client-branded collateral (microsites), and sales material (presentations, toolkits). Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that drives engagement, attracts, converts, delights, and retains our audience. Incorporate SEO best practice in your content as required dependant on channel. Collaborate with the design agency to ensure content is on brand. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise future content. Apply a keen eye for detail to ensure our content meets the highest standards of excellence. About You: Enthusiastic self-starter keen to transform how organisations develop their people. Experience and Skills: Essential: Experience in executing successful content strategies. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content across diverse formats. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good experience with CMS/website builder, design and video editing tools (including WordPress, Hubspot, Canva) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Experience in the training, skills, or education industry Why join Corndel?
