The primary objectives and responsibilities of a BDR Team Lead includes: Coaching and Development : Discover training needs and provide ongoing coaching to the wider BDR team, including group call coaching sessions or 1-1 sessions; Monitor sales performance and address issues when necessary; Lead weekly team meetings with the support of the BDR Manager consulting with team members to better understand call results, develop and maintain processes, BDR best practices and strategies; Support the team by addressing prospects’ questions and concerns, coaching, and troubleshooting challenging calls or technical issues; Take on additional tasks and projects to support employees and leadership; Generate weekly reports via SalesForce and Outreach to track lead conversion and share with wider sales leaders; Use reporting metrics to support and guide BRD’s during 1-2-1’s and coaching sessions; Listen to BDR’s feedback and ensure this is communicated to management and help resolve any issues or conflicts. Be a company ambassador: Work with cross-functional teams to conduct webinars; Attend trade shows and other industry-related events to showcase Evotix; Promote Evotix in an effort to generate new leads; Continuously make an effort to learn more about the health and safety market; Maximize value through understanding key issues in target sectors; Share insights with the product team and provide input on product strategy and development; Gather intelligence on competitor propositions and activities and feed them back to the sales and product teams. What you’ll bring to the table: Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, SPICED or something relatable; Proven experience of managing a BDR Team is critical to success; Previous experience of implementing modern lead-generation techniques; Natural ability to build a rapport with team-mates so they have confidence in you; Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with ability to learn and become productive quickly; Open and collaborative – maintain strong stakeholder relationships; Prioritise activities to maintain focus while balancing many activities; Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations confidently to multiple executive levels within an organization; Flexibility with working hours—we are a global company!
