What you’ll be responsible for The IT Team at Graze supports our users across software and hardware, as well as maintaining and improving our infrastructure across two sites. The main responsibilities of this role will be: Provide first-line support for company IT issues via our ticketing system. Manage and deliver cyber-security projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. Take ownership of infrastructure support, maintaining and improving the company’s IT systems. Assist with migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. What we’re looking for in you Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus. Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Proficiency in both Windows and MacOS environments Experience with project management and delivery, particularly in cyber-security. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with network management and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What’s in it for you?
