Position: Sponsorship Manager Location: London, UK We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship strategies to secure funding and partnerships for our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to secure funding and partnerships for the organization - Identify and research potential sponsors and partners, and build relationships with key decision-makers - Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to attract potential sponsors - Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring that all parties' needs and expectations are met - Manage and maintain relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sponsorship activation plans - Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing regular updates to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management - Manage the sponsorship budget and ensure all expenses are within budget - Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to network and promote sponsorship opportunities - Train and mentor junior sponsorship team members, providing guidance and support as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship management - Proven track record of securing and managing sponsorships and partnerships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of sponsorship trends and best practices - A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed If you are a results-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for sponsorship management, we want to hear from you.
