SHEQ Manager : Wiltshire GBP45,000 : GBP30,000 Monday : Friday flexible hours (Option for 1 day hybrid after probation) : Bonus : 33 days holiday + Banks (Increasing with service) : Private Medical Insurance : Death In Service Roles and Responsibilities * Maintenance, development and continual improvement of SHEQ management * Promote a positive SHEQ culture by engaging relevant stakeholders. * Ensure SHEQ best practices are embedded into the Companys culture * Ensure compliance with SHEQ legislation * Working with key stakeholders to introduce and improve SHEQ systems * Liaising with internal auditors and maintaining ISO9001 / 14001 / 15001 accreditations Key Skills and Experience * Experience in a site environment * Knowledge of ISO9001 / 15001 / 14001 * Experience in a hands on SHEQ role * Auditing and QMS experience Package and Benefits * GBP45,000 : GBP50,000 * 23 days + BH (Increasing up to 33 each year) * 10 Profit bonus * Death in Service X3 of Annual Salary * Private Medical Insurance * Employee Assistance Program * Option for Hybrid after probation If you are interested in this role or need more information get in touch with you are interested in this position please click apply.
