Job Title: Head Chef Salary: A GBP 33,000 : A GBP 36,000 Location: Yeovil The client I am working with is looking for a Head Chef to head one of their sites in Yeovil If youre an experienced Head chef within contract catering and looking for flexibility, this role is not to be missed Responsibilities: * Crafting delicious, top:notch meals that bring joy to our clients and customers.* Recognising chances to enhance our food service.* Cultivating a positive kitchen atmosphere where your team feels valued and supported.* Responsible for food ordering, stock control, and minimising food waste.* Supervising kitchen cleanliness to uphold hygiene standards.* Managing budgets and achieving financial goals.* Adhering to Food Handling and Hygiene standards.* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Skills: * Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.* Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
