Senior BREEAM Assessor Ref:BM284 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join a team of engineering and sustainability consultants in their offices in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of projects, taking the lead on them and help provide buildings for the future. Responsibilities for a Senior BREEAM Assessor include: * Leading on BREEAM related projects, providing sustainable advice to clients to help minimise the environmental impact of projects * Deliver BREEAM Assessments for new construction builds from project inception to completion * Mentor the more junior members of the team to help them professionally grow * Produce general sustainability reports and strategies, as well as identifying new areas of business for the client The ideal Senior BREEAM Assessor will have: * An educational background related to the built environment with this being in an environmental science or sustainability degree * BREEAM New Construction qualification is essential, with previous experience carrying out BREEAM assessments and reports * Minimum of 5 years experience within a Sustainability Consultancy or BREEAM Assessor role * Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits of the role: * Competitive salary ranging from GBP50,000 to GBP55,000 * Hybrid working with the possibility of remote working for exceptional candidates * Pension scheme * Tailored Career development * Generous holiday allowance If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to sustainability please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email There are many more roles available on our website at penguinrecruitment.
