Job Title: Site Supervisor Pay Rate: GBP190 day rate Location: Wakefield Contract: Temporary, Full time Job Description: * Supervise all on:site construction activities, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. * Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on:site. * Monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them and keep the project on track. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project requirements. * Manage on:site personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. * Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
