This role would suit anyone seeking entry into the logistics industry or transferring their skills to work in a customer driven environment. You will also strike the perfect work life balance. We are open between 8.00am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 9.00am and 12noon. The successful applicant will work during opening hours Monday to Friday and on some Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities: * Serve customers in the yard, providing excellent customer service.* Operate forklifts to load and unload deliveries.* Offload deliveries and locate stock in the yard.* Assist drivers with loading and unloading for deliveries.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard environment.* Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate stock management.* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.* Perform general maintenance and housekeeping tasks in the yard.* Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
