Ideal Candidate Profile: * Passionate Food Enthusiast: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Founder. We seek someone who lives and breathes the culinary world, thinks creatively, and adds a unique flair to the group. A sense of humour and a love for innovative food concepts are a must.* Hospitality Sector Experience: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with deep operational knowledge and a genuine passion for the sector.* Travel:Ready: This role requires extensive travel, with significant periods spent abroad. A nomadic lifestyle is essential to manage our international operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Global Launches: Spearhead the introduction of new hospitality concepts in both the US and European markets.* Brand and Operational Oversight: Take full accountability for brand integrity and operational success post:launch.* UK Team Collaboration: Work closely with the UK team to maintain consistency in culture, ethos, and operational standards.* Team Management: Oversee recruitment, development, and training of local teams.* Financial: Ensure robust financial management and accountability for all sites.
