Job reference number Starting salary GBP 25,721 (age 18+), 22.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates Permanent,Full time, 39 hours per week Gillingham Vehicle Workshop, Gillingham Business Park, ME8 0PZ Royal Mail vehicle workshops provide a maintenance and repair service to our fleet of vans and HGVs within a defined region. We are looking for a Workshop/Fleet Administrator to provide a comprehensive administration service to 8 Workshop Managers within London and the Southeast region. The role In this busy and varied role, you'll be responsible for creating and evaluating daily, weekly and monthly reports, manage queries and resolve issues within a timely manager whilst providing a first:class customer service. Other duties include: :Data input, checking, verification using a variety of inhouse systems.:Data interpretation and root cause analysis.:Maintain accurate and relevant data.:Liaising with internal and external customers and external suppliers.:Diary Management, contribute to daily meetings, take minutes and highlight outstanding actions.:Support with employee pay queries, input overtime and annual leave requests. Attendance:Monday to Friday, 07:00/08:00 start time The role is based at the Gillingham workshop with a requirement to be on site for 3:4 days a week, with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week. Please note, this hybrid approach may change, subject to business requirements. About you You need to demonstrate the following skills and experience on your CV: :Computer literate : strong experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint (essential):From an administration/customer service background. Fleet experience would be beneficial:Good standard of organisational and team working skills.:Flexible approach and able to work on own initiative.:Excellent communication skills including telephone call handling and e:mail/written correspondence.:Good standard of numeracy and data analysis skills.
