Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant £30 - 50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE year one £75,000+) Central London Flexible working Next Step Talent solely focuses on experienced appointments across the recruitment sector, operating UK and EU wide. Talent matters and it starts with us.Were looking to speak with Senior/Principal level Recruiters who are open to exploring new opportunities, want to enhance their careers, and fit our criteria below: Contract or Permanent recruitment experience Proven track record of success with a focus on top performance - you'll be no less than a £150,000 biller, annually London based (or within a commutable distance to the city) Experience in mentoring and managing a team of recruiters, alternatively you have the capability and desire to mentor and manage Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client acquisition Excellent communication and negotiation skills A natural go getter and hunter You are empathetic, collaborative by nature, and a great listener We offer a range of opportunities tailored for Contract and Permanent Recruiters at both globally recognised organisations and scalable start-ups.
