We seek two motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients, handle objections, and convert prospects into leads. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to build a robust pipeline. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Requirements: Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrated success in cold calling and deal conversion. Real Estate Experience (a plus): Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Hard-working: Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targets. Office Presence: Must be willing to work from the Glasgow office for effective collaboration and team synergy. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
