Experienced Recruiters (Senior/Principal level) Contract or Permanent desks £30 - 50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE year one £75,000+) Central Cardiff Flexible working Next Step Talent solely focuses on experienced appointments across the recruitment sector, operating UK and EU-wide. Talent matters and it starts with us.Were looking to speak with Senior/Principal level Recruiters who are open to exploring new opportunities, want to enhance their careers, and fit our criteria below: Contract or Permanent recruitment experience Proven track record of success with a focus on top performance - you'll be no less than a £150,000 biller, annually You are based in Cardiff or within a commutable distance: Bristol, Newport, Swansea, Bridgend, Monmouth, to name a few You have the the capability and desire to mentor and manage, alternatively have managed a small team Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client acquisition Excellent communication and negotiation skills A natural go-getter and hunter You are empathetic, collaborative by nature, and a great listener Following our conversation, we will only consider you for roles that align best with your skills, experience, and needs.
