Graduate Town Planner Leeds HR 11572 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Due to continued expansion, this established planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Graduate Town Planner to work as part of their Leeds based Planning team. The successful Graduate Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the residential, affordable housing, commercial and tourism sectors. Skills and Experience Required: * MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline * Student membership with the RTPI * Some planning experience is highly advantageous Duties: * Managing concurrently running projects * Preparing site appraisals and development plan representations * Submitting planning applications and appeals * Liaising with clients and local authorities In return the company are offering a friendly and supportive working environment, full APC support to achieve Chartered Planner status, competitive starting salary and benefits package and excellent career progression opportunities.
