Randstad Education is seeking a Primary ECT who has recently qualified as a teacher and is looking to take the next step in their teaching career. We are looking for a Primary ECT to effectively support a variety of primary school settings across Doncaster on a long term basis. This role is a long term, on:going role and is from September 2024. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive in the classroom to allow them to meet the needs of all students and manage student progression. We are proud to be preferred suppliers for several of the largest Multi Academy Trusts across South Yorkshire, in accordance with the National CCS framework (Crown Commercial Service) As a Primary ECT, your responsibilities are: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary school settings. * Adapt to different classroom environments and student needs with ease. * Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. * Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity in student learning. * Assess and provide feedback on student progress as required. * Collaborate with school staff to support student development and wellbeing. * Uphold school policies and contribute to the school community.
