Portfolio Finance Business Advisor * Location: London with frequent overseas travel required* Salary: A GBP 150,000 : A GBP 170,000 + bonus and LTIP Responsibilities * Financial Data Analysis: Excel in handling and interpreting numerical data* Transaction Data Oversight: Take a lead role in analyzing and managing transaction data for portfolio companies and development projects.* Operational and Financial Modeling* Critically evaluate and review financial models to ensure accuracy and relevance.* Efficiently prepare and review presentations, memos, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.* Investment Analysis: Assess potential risks and returns associated with investment decisions for current and prospective portfolio companies.* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support strategic decision:making.* Competitive and Sector Analysis: Analyze industry trends, opportunities, and threats affecting specific sectors or companies.* Mentor and develop team members* Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that could affect business decisions.* Build strong relationships within portfolio businesses to support and guide their strategic initiatives.* Prepare and maintain essential financial analyses, and provide insights.* Strategy Review and Risk Assessment Candidate Profile * Significant experience in private equity or a related field* A strong background from a top:tier firm in accounting, transaction services, private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting* Exceptional communication skills* Fluency in German language* Proven ability to deliver outstanding results under pressure* Highly analytical and detail:oriented* Adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
