Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail:oriented Graduate Health and Safety Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about health and safety within the construction industry and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the development, implementation, and review of health and safety policies and procedures. * Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Support the preparation and delivery of health and safety training programs. * Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive measures. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety activities. * Provide administrative support to senior health and safety consultants. * Stay updated with the latest health and safety legislation and industry best practices. Requirements: * Recent graduate with a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * A valid UK driving licence is desirable.
