This is a full:time role offering a competitive salary with additional benefits. The ideal candidate will have 12 months of senior practitioner/ deputy nursery manager experience, demonstrating a sound working knowledge of both the early years foundation framework and Ofsted standards. This position would suit either practitioners who have senior room experience looking to step up into management or a manager looking to join a growing management team as part of a company with high standards. For this role, you will need a minimum level 3 childcare qualification, 12 months experience and any relevant qualifications with working with under twos. We are looking for committed, reliable and caring Level 3 Practitioners with sound knowledge of EYFS standards. Candidates must have a good knowledge of the Early Years policies and procedures. You must be able to plan activities for different age ranges and provide children with suitable next steps to aid their development. We are looking for someone who can work on their own sometimes and can bring new ideas to the nursery. We are looking for someone who can arrange the environment to provide exciting opportunities for children by creating an enabling environment for children to explore. It is also important that we maintain and strive for high standards on cleanliness in the nursery. Requirements: Leadership experience Level 3 NCFE CACHE Knowledge of the Development Matters Framework (2021) Have a flexible, can:do approach Ensure your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible (all employment breaks must be explained) Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and full referencing process Provide professional references to cover you for at least 12 months within the last 2 years Have legal right to work in the UK About Us: Randstad Education is the UK market leader for recruitment within education.
