The school is looking for someone who is dedicated, adaptable and innovative in the classroom working to enhance student engagement and learning. This role is a long term, on:going role which offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to enhance their skills, build networks with staff, and take their career to the next level. We are proud to be preferred suppliers for several of the largest Multi Academy Trusts across South Yorkshire, in accordance with the National CCS framework (Crown Commercial Service) As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities are: * Support class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. * Lead small group sessions and 1:1 interventions. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress. * Contribute to the development of educational resources and activities. * Provide cover for class teachers as needed, ensuring continuity in student learning. * Promote the schools values and ethos through positive interactions with students, staff, and parents.
