Property Sustainability Assessor Shiregreen : Sheffield GBP 41,568 : GBP 43,756 per year plus Company car 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday : 8:00am : 5:00pm We are seeking a Property Sustainability Assessor to join are Property Services Teams based in Sheffield. Property Services is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group wide asset management and reinvestment programmes. The role of Property Sustainability Assessor will involve carrying out high quality property sustainability assessments and assisting in delivering construction programmes and projects within budget, time and quality criteria, including monitoring standards, to ensure quality, health and safety and legislative standards. The role of Property Sustainability Assessor will include: :Assisting in the delivery of construction programmes and projects on a daily basis, carrying out sustainability assessments across properties as directed, monitoring standards and controlling contractors, to ensure quality is maintained in accordance with designs and legislative standard:Resolve problems arising from the conflicting interests of contractors, customers and residents, ensuring these are dealt with to the satisfaction of both parties in line with the requirements of the contract. Ensure that sales teams, housing teams, customers and stakeholders are kept informed at all times. :Coordinate, communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers, ensuring that they are kept informed of progress, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately. :Manage external contractors to ensure energy improvement work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications and programmes. :Liaise with and respond to customer needs in response to complaints and support services in relation to retrofit works, ensuring any special requirements are identified and managed appropriately, to minimise disruption to residents and maximise the use of available resources. :Provide efficient administrative and support services to the team as required.:Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Groups values and objectives. Skills and experiences: : To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ2 in a relevant trade, Energy qualification or currently undertaking the qualification.
