Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping an established and growing Manufacturing organisation in the Harrow area recruit a Senior Process Business Analyst to help with planning, design and implementation of an ERP system collaborating with cross:functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. This role will be a cornerstone of a new PMO structure and be assigned a remit across all functional areas within the business. In this role the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate skills across a number of key disciplines such as business analysis, business process design and engineering, programme and project management, stakeholder management, training and governance best practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a company experiencing a period of growth as they are upgrading their systems to Dynamics 365 to help manage their business. The role will involve Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Management, Understanding Processes, ERP Design and implementation. The key responsibilities are as follows: * The role sits in between IT and the business where you will be understanding business end users processes across the business and documenting / translating them into technical requirements.* Analyse existing practices and procedures for continuous improvement opportunities to help ensure the smooth transaction from our systems already in place to 365.* Using change management skills tailored to support the implementation of the ERP system. Engaging key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their active participation and support the implementation process.* Manage and drive third party and vendor engagement to surrounding design, delivery and support of the ERP.* Training development and delivery to business and ICT teams.* Develop excellent working relationships with the wider stakeholder global ICT teams and ensuring that solutions are architected consistently and in line with relevant ICT application design principles.* Identify areas for process improvement and redesign and develop ICT solution proposals to address these opportunities.* Take full ownership of projects from scope to delivery* Ensure all projects and initiatives are managed under governance best practice and principles for the role Jonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for candidates to have the following Skills/knowledge * Degree in an IT / Mathematics / Business / Data o Computer Science related field* Information technology, software, and/or systems project leadership experience* Requirements gathering and analysis* Process mapping, analysis and functional documentation* Prince 2 / Agile methodologies* Stakeholder management and change management Wed love you for this full:time Senior Process Business Analyst position in Harrow, and were waiting to hear from you.
