The business is committed to demonstrating exemplary standards and leadership throughout the sector working closely with customers and supply chain partners to receive outstanding results.Project ManagerThames Valley Region - Full time 40hrs - Competitive SalaryWorking in partnership with our client to deliver fantastic infrastructure, brilliantly and to make things better for current and future generations, the team are now looking for an on site project manager to join the business.The business is committed to demonstrating exemplary standards and leadership throughout the sector working closely with customers and supply chain partners to receive outstanding results.The team are committed to working collaboratively, our valued strategic suppliers and other stakeholders to embed MMC to realise leading safety, health and wellbeing, customer service, sustainability and efficiency performance improvements.The key responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the management and successful delivery of single complex projects or packages of projects delivered under the business framework.Specific responsibility include management of: health and safety, design, customer relations, quality environmental, program and the cost/value during both pre-production ECI phase and production.Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budgets limitations.Create a positive team culture and environment on your projects to support improved wellbeing and performance.In addition to the normal attributes of a successful leader this role will require determination and doggedness as you will be changing for the better the way in which many people currently work embedding production line thinking production line thinking and our "offsite first" philosophy. What we will need from you: Excellent team leader with great people management skills and strong analytical, problem solving and organisational capabilities.Experience of both pre-production and production project management in a major project's environment desirable.Able to lead and inspire a diverse teamContract administration experience desirable.Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
