Job Title: Head of SalesLocation: Flexible, EuropeSalary: €90,000 - €95,000 per year + bonusWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for a hospitality brand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of 25 sales professionals and manage sales operations across various European regions. Your primary focus will be driving luxury membership sales, ensuring the growth and success of the brand. This role can be based anywhere is Europe but will require some travel.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 25 sales professionals across different European regions.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive luxury membership sales.Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure team alignment with business goals.Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through mentorship and coaching.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Coach and training the teamCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our members.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.Requirements:Proven experience in luxury membership sales is a mustStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large sales team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.What We Offer:Competitive salary of €90,000 - €95,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus.Flexible work location within Europe.Opportunity to lead a talented and motivated sales team.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to be part of a prestigious and growing luxury hospitality brand.How to Apply: If you are a results-driven sales leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
