Due to continued growth, our client seeks an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to work from their Bradley Stoke office to focus on creating business, generating and conducting market appraisals and viewings.The basics: Negotiating offers to agree sales and offering all sister companies at every opportunityValuations/market appraisals: Provide prospective sellers with an accurate market appraisal displaying strong local, regional and national knowledgeMarketing properties for saleEnsure effective use of all marketing methods available to promote properties to all potential buyersArrange viewing appointmentsAttending viewingsFollowing up all viewings with buyers, produce file notesConduct seller feedback at least weekly ensuring policy adherenceComplete new instructions ensuring policy adherenceAdherence to all PMA due diligence/ Money Laundering responsibilitiesNegotiating sales & handling offersAssist in sales progressionAssisting with the development and coaching of more junior members of staffMeet all goals and objectives agreed with line managerAdditional duties as agreed with line manager The person: A minimum of 2 years recent/current experience in Senior Sales NegotiationValuation level experience highly advantageousExcellent customer focusProven track record at being able to generate business in a competitive marketStrong sales and negotiation skillsTarget drivenAmbitious, with a can-do attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell-presented and articulateProblem solving and deligation skillsConfident IT skills and experience of using CRM systemsAble to work independently whilst being part of a small teamExcellent organisational skills, time management and punctuality is of utmost importanceFull clean driving license The package: Competitive basic salary of £18,500 p/aExcellent uncapped commission structure £43k OTEUse of pool car / mileageA long list of benefitsExcellent induction, training and ongoing supportCareer and progression opportunitiesA thriving range of opportunities within a buoyant and lucrative market For more information on this exciting Senior Sales Negotiator role please APPLY TODAY.Key:Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Negotiator, Estate Agent, Property Sales, Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, Bristol, Bradley Stoke
