Assistant General Manager – Restaurant & Bar ConceptLocation: Manchester Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonusThe Role:Our client is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running a thriving restaurant and bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L accountability, as well as the development and training of the team. They will work closely with the GM and kitchen staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional food and service. Additionally, they will oversee HR, labour, and payroll operations, becoming the face of the brand and acting as an ambassador for the group.Candidate Profile:A stable and solid background in Premium RestaurantsStrong commercial and financial acumen.Leadership skills with a passion for food and wine, capable of driving standards through the team.An obsession with providing outstanding guest experiences.A polished and vibrant personality.Experience in managing events and handling bookings.Keen attention to detail.Commercial awareness and knowledge of industry trends.Why This Role:This position offers an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional to take on a key role within a dynamic and successful organisation.
