This exclusive club offers unparalleled experiences, blending luxury and innovation in a unique setting. The Pastry Chef will have the opportunity to create exquisite pastry menus and elevate the culinary experience for members and guests.Responsibilities:Prepare a wide variety of goods following traditional and modern recipes, including cakes, cookies, pies, and breadAssist with menu development and maintain new recipes, presentations, and productsCoordinate and direct the pastry operation alongside the pastry teamSupervise dessert and baked goods preparation and productionInspect ingredient quality and measure them for specific recipes, maintaining cost-consciousnessEnsure kitchen equipment meets requirements and is in good conditionProvide training, guidance, and supervision to pastry staff, promoting excellence and improving department standardsKey Requirements:3+ years management experience in a professional kitchen, an asset if in a private members conceptProficiency in baking, pastry decoration, chocolate work, and sugar craftExperience with a variety of cooking styles and techniquesGenuine passion for pastry and dedication to creating delicious dessertsIf you’re interested in this amazing Pastry Chef opportunity and you’d like to join a powerful team of restauranteurs, please send your resume to Ashley todayNote that candidates must have the right to live and work in the USA to be considered.
