You must have the Right to Work in the UK. About the role:You will be promoting the Independence of people, supporting a full range of daily activities including cooking, cleaning and days out. Arranging activities in the home, helping residents stay safe and healthy and assisting with personal care. About you:A successful candidate will have empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others and want to listen and empower vulnerable people. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself. Pay starts from £11.50 per hour PAYE and £15.10 per hour Umbrella. Requirements for you as a Support Worker: Experience in Support Work with vulnerable adults.Confident in working independently and being proactive.Self-motivated individual with clear communication skillsEnhanced Child and Adult DBS Shift Times for you as a Support Worker: Monday – Sunday Flexible hours available. Full or Part Time Opportunities.
