We pride ourselves on having a team ethos and employee-centric environment.We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple IT projects for our clients.Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously at an IT MSP or IT services company, with specific experience in cloud migrations, digital transformation projects, cybersecurity, and network management. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and risk assessments. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables, progress, and issues. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Team Coordination: Coordinate project team members, ensuring that tasks are allocated and deadlines are met. Conduct project team meetings and provide clear, concise communication regarding project status and expectations. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges. Monitor and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial targets are met. Prepare and present budget reports to senior management. Key Sills / Attributes Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, within an MSP or IT environment. Proven experience managing IT projects such as cloud migrations, digital transformation projects, cybersecurity, and network management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. Proficiency in project management tools e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Connectwise. Desirable Skills / Certifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity tools. Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure and services. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile PRINCE2, ITIL). Package Details Salary is up to £55k pa, dependant on experience and accreditations 24 Days Holiday Increasing with 2 & 3 years service plus 1 day off for your birthday each year The hours of work are 37.5 per week.
