We are seeking a Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to join a global leader in real estate and facilities management in Birmingham. Job Title: Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer Salary: £40,000 Per Annum Location : Birmingham City Centre Role Purpose: Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works on building equipment and systems, undertake small installations, and respond to engineering emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems per service agreements. Conduct reactive repairs, calling sub-contractors as needed. Complete PPM maintenance and report defects. Update weekly equipment status reports. Monitor sub-contractor performance and ensure work is completed correctly. Sign off completed tasks via PDA in a timely manner. Maintain a good relationship with client representatives. Ensure a safe and compliant working environment. Accurately maintain site logs and paperwork. Participate in call-out rota if applicable. Requirements : Recognised Electrical Qualification C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations C&G Test and Inspection Knowledge of building electrical systems and PPM regimes Familiarity with BS standards for electrical systems Experience with health and safety and electrical systems management If this sounds like the perfect role for you, please apply directly or send your CV to XXXX@emprogroup.co.uk
