Position: Bespoke Financial Services Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bespoke Financial Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a Bespoke Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to our clients, ensuring their financial goals and objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives - Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to identify suitable financial solutions for clients - Create bespoke financial plans and strategies for clients, taking into consideration their risk tolerance, investment goals, and financial situation - Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly, making necessary adjustments to ensure they remain aligned with their goals - Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, retirement planning, and tax planning - Collaborate with other departments and external partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed - Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client presentations, to attract new clients and grow the business Requirements: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on providing bespoke financial solutions to clients - Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving financial targets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail - Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including FCA regulations, is essential If you are a driven and experienced financial professional with a passion for providing bespoke financial solutions to clients, we want to hear from you.
