Position: Super Car Sales & Prestige Self-Drive Hire Manager Location: London, UK We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Super Car Sales & Prestige Self Drive Hire Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury cars, a proven track record in sales, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage both the sales and rental aspects of our business. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales and rental operations of the company, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. - Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, corporate clients, and other potential customers to generate sales and rental opportunities. - Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals with potential clients. - Oversee the rental process, including managing reservations, coordinating vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Train and manage a team of sales and rental staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. - Maintain accurate records of sales and rental transactions, and provide regular reports to senior management. - Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and presented to the highest standards for both sales and rental purposes. - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury car sales and/or rental, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - In-depth knowledge of luxury cars and the automotive industry. - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Strong negotiation and sales skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
