Position: Wedding Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Manager to join our team. As a Wedding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wedding planning and execution, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds the expectations of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, and photographers - Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients - Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event, and ensure all vendors are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines - Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, ceremony, reception, and breakdown - Manage and supervise a team of event staff, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff - Ensure that all aspects of the event, including food, decor, and entertainment, meet the client's expectations and are executed flawlessly - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event, and make quick and effective decisions to resolve them - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, and maintain open communication throughout the planning process - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our services Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the wedding industry - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules - Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of local wedding venues and vendors is a plus - Passion for creating memorable and unique events for clients If you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
