Position: Music & Artist Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Music & Artist Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a Music & Artist Manager, you will be responsible for managing the careers of our talented artists and ensuring their success in the music industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and advance the careers of our artists - Scout for up-and-coming talent - Build and maintain relationships with record labels, promoters, and other industry professionals - Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of our artists, including record deals, publishing deals, and performance contracts - Manage the day-to-day activities of our artists, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and promotional activities - Oversee the production and release of our artists' music, including coordinating with producers, engineers, and other team members - Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns for our artists - Monitor and analyze industry trends and provide recommendations for our artists' career development - Handle financial aspects of our artists' careers, including budgeting, accounting, and royalty payments - Provide guidance and support to our artists in all aspects of their professional and personal lives - Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our artists and expand our network Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Arts Management, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in music management, preferably in the UK market - Strong knowledge of the music industry, including current trends and key players - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of successfully managing artists and advancing their careers - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Passion for music and dedication to supporting artists in achieving their goals If you are a driven and passionate individual with a strong background in music management, we want to hear from you!
