Position: Model Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Model Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a Model Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our roster of models, ensuring their success and growth within the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop a team of models, including scouting, signing, and training new talent - Build and maintain relationships with clients, including fashion designers, photographers, and advertising agencies - Negotiate contracts and fees for models, ensuring fair and competitive compensation - Plan and coordinate model schedules for fashion shows, photoshoots, and other events - Collaborate with stylists, hair and makeup artists, and other industry professionals to create successful campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and advice to models on their career paths - Oversee the development of models' portfolios, including selecting and editing photos - Handle administrative tasks such as booking travel, arranging visas, and managing budgets - Ensure models are prepared and professional for all assignments, providing guidance and support as needed - Attend industry events and network to promote the agency and its models - Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise with models or clients in a professional and timely manner Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in model management or a related field - Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals - Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle contracts and fees - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - A passion for developing and promoting talent within the fashion industry If you are a driven and experienced Model Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
