Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching journey? We offer both short:term and long:term cover roles, giving you the flexibility to gain valuable experience and develop your teaching skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to KS1 and KS2 students. * Create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere. * Plan, prepare, and assess student work, offering constructive feedback. * Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices. * Commit to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices.
