The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, optimising inventory management processes, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. If you were already in this Inventory Manager role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: * Monitoring and tracking inventory levels of finished goods, chemicals, packaging and shipping materials* Analysing inventory data to identify trends, optimise stock levels, and improve inventory management processes* Managing and leading a team of inventory staff, including hiring, training, and performance management* Taking responsibility for cyclical PI checks in all locations, the stock control process and annual stock counts* Managing the daily input of production into Sage and investigation of variances for this Inventory Manager role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: * Analysing inventory data to identify trends, optimising stock levels, and improving inventory management processes* Implement inventory control procedures to establish and enforce such procedures to minimise stock shrinkage, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, youll receive a generous salary of A GBP 35,000 to A GBP 40,000 p/a and a benefits package and join a welcoming and inclusive culture.
