Are you based in Bicester looking for a new Permanent position as a Cook/ Chef? Role: Cook/ Chef Location: OX25 1P Rate of Pay: GBP14.25 per hour Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off : 11 hour day shifts Job Responsibilities: * Collaborate with a team of chefs to create quality meals from a pre:ordered menu. * Preparation of breakfast, lunch, and evening meals. * Supervise and support prisoner workforce in food production. * Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years cooking experience required. * Must be 18 or over. * Security clearance is required, including a 5:year UK address history * Positive, proactive, and detail:oriented approach. * Knowledge of health and food safety legislation, conflict resolution skills. * Equivalent of NVQ Level 2 qualification. * Hold a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate or Equivalent.
