The role involves working closely with the General Manager and being accountable for the team. You will handle the day:to:day operations, including staff recruitment and implementing procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will have to have a passion for food, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations, a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront. You will be a good all:round Senior Manager, with a keen interest with dealing with the general public and ensuring their experience is one of the best....
