CREATIVE DESIGNER Location: On:site in London, Bristol, or ManchesterContract Duration: 1 YearEngagement: 4:6 Weeks at the Beginning of Each QuarterDays On:site: 3 Days per WeekRate: GBP350 : GBP400 per Day About Us Concept Resourcing are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join one of our central government clients on a contract basis, contributing to their projects at pivotal times throughout the year. The Role As a Creative Designer, you will work on:site 3 days a week in London, Bristol, or Manchester. Engaging intensely during 4:6 week bursts at the start of each quarter. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high:impact visual content that aligns with brand vision and campaign goals. Key Responsibilities: * Concept Development: Create and develop innovative design concepts for various campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials. * Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual outputs. * Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to produce cohesive and effective design solutions. * Project Execution: Lead design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high:quality work. * Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design deliverables. What Were Looking For: * Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a creative design role, preferably within the Public Sector. * Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other relevant design tools. * Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including branding, digital, and print. * Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to generate and implement innovative design ideas. * Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and engaging in constructive feedback. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
