ROLE : Photocopier Field Service Engineer LOCATION: West Midlands (CV / B / WR / GL) PACKAGE: Up to GBP35,000 + car and fuel card, laptop, phone, 23 days holiday plus BH , pension etc ROLE Concept are seeking a trained, skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join a busy team within print. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on:site support and maintenance for customers equipment. DUTIES : Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at customer sites : Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment : Performing routine maintenance and inspections : Responding to service calls in a timely manner : Providing technical support to customers : Documenting service activities and completing service reports Skills : Working knowledge of MFDs / Photocopiers : Strong computer networking knowledge : Proficiency in Photocopier repair and maintenance : Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix mechanical issues : Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals : Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems : Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for equipment repair : Excellent problem:solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively Application for this position please follow the link on this page or send your CV .If you would like more information on this vacancy or any others we may have, Nikki Foxall on
