JOIN A LEADING TEAM JOB REF: 6349 - Benefit from ongoing support from a team of experienced Legal Professionals who are continuously recognised for their excellence, ensuring your career growth and development. - You will be supporting and protecting clients' needs on a wide range of issues including financial planning, management of their funds, assets, property, and care arrangements. - Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience handling a caseload of Court of Protection matters. - A demonstrated track record of success and expertise in deputyships and Personal Injury trusts is essential, particularly those arising from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claims, both pre: and post:settlement.
