As an Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and maximizing value from our investments. You will be a trusted advisor to senior managers, actively contributing to and leading the creation of our Technology Strategy and roadmaps. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, review solution proposals, and provide architectural governance. Working as part of our architecture community your expertise will develop proposals and guide decisions, ensuring compliance with standards and driving innovation. Hampshire County Council delivers a diverse range of services. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of bridging technology and business strategy. Critical thinking, the ability to quickly become familiar with technology and business perspectives and communicate with clarity to different audiences are key skills required for success in the role. Leading the definition and resolution of complex issues through business and technology change.:Strong written, verbal and presentational communication skills. Able to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders with clarity, enabling effective decision:making.:Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to senior managers.:Business acumen and the ability to define operating models, technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with the organisations desired outcomes.:Ability to develop credible and relevant IT architecture artifacts that deliver tangible business value.:Appetite for continued learning, staying informed about technology and business trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.:Experience of coaching and mentoring staff, championing architectural changes, and promoting new technology and business approaches.:Team player, able to collaborate with peers to align project proposals with architecture standards and roadmaps.:Act as a Senior Stakeholder during project delivery, advising on technology suitability and risk.
