Using a person:centred approach, youll use your knowledge of strengths:based practice to focus on people's resourcefulness and abilities and enable them to develop the best strategies to face life's challenges and live independently and safely in the community. You'll have strong relationship management and negotiation skills to collaborate with individuals, their families, providers and other health care professionals. As a Senior Case Worker, you'll support our more complex cases and provide coaching and mentoring support to our Case Workers. Joining us as a Senior Case Worker can lead to a fantastic career in Adults' Health and Care. Our experienced Senior Case Workers can be considered for our social work apprenticeship scheme, which is currently run by the University of Winchester leading to a career as a Qualified Social Worker. This role will involve working one weekend in four, for which enhancements are paid. Travel Requirements You may be required to visit other locations within Hampshire or other local authority, and therefore need to have the ability to travel, as necessary.
