JOB SUMMARY Located at our office in Milton Keynes, the Coordinator, Retail Operations is responsible for supporting retail operations from ex-factory right through to delivery. This is an exciting role that will work on both supply and retail. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. A core part of the role will be logistics operations, ensuring production is delivered on time, while keeping our external stakeholders and internal team updated on changes throughout transportation and delivery. Creating client POs and product setup within RWS Global’s systems, while managing client and customer communications, is essential in this role. A keen attention to detail is imperative. Great customer service skills are required to manage client and customer communications across multiple areas such as our website and client stores. This role will include the management of our e-commerce operations by updating and maintaining the smooth running of the website. There will also be opportunities to get involved in forecasting, weekly reporting, reviewing sales data, and making trade-related recommendations to support the wider Retail team. The ideal candidate will have a real flair for numbers, matched with excellent Excel skills. Role & Responsibilities: Operational Support – Creating factory and customer POs, managing client communications within SLA, complete range files, uploading product SKUs on our financial system. Logistics – Manage the logistic process of all imports, ensuring shipments are on time with the support of the Senior Operations & Client Services Manager. Keeping critical paths up to date on our internal system. E-Commerce – Full responsibility for the management of client websites, ensuring our logistics partners meet our SLAs, responding to customer queries quickly and positively, and reporting on website performance. Identify opportunities for growth and prepare business cases that can be presented to clients. Commercial Support – Assist the Senior Operations & Client Services Manager with weekly reporting. Conduct market research as required and share insights with the team. Review sales data and make recommendations for corrective action if required.
