We are currently working with a highly regarded grammar school based near Tunbridge Wells. They are looking for a qualified Accountant on a part-time 6-month fixed term contract, who has the experience to take on the full range of duties the role requires. If you are an experienced qualified Accountant, then please send through your application.Role: Part-Time AccountantLocation: Near Tunbridge WellsHours: 25 hours FlexibleContract: FTC 6-month contractSalary: £33,497 Pro Rata We are currently working with a highly regarded grammar school based near Tunbridge Wells. They are looking for a qualified Accountant on a part-time 6-month fixed term contract, who has the experience to take on the full range of duties the role requires. Role Duties: - Prepare monthly reconciliations of bank statements- Input data of all receipts paid by BACs and direct credit - VAT returns- Sign off all expenditures and monitor budgets- Calculate and input monthly accruals- Review figures and investigate anomalies- Prepare all year-end reports for Auditors Job Requirements: - Qualified Accountant AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent- Qualified to degree level or equivalent- Strong financial ability and expertise- Extensive knowledge/understanding of financial regulations and legislation- Experience in a similar role At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
