EssentialExperienced in supporting survivors, with a proven track record of risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis management. EssentialA resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills to navigate complex situations and build trust with clients. EssentialA team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains clear professional boundaries. EssentialCommitted to data collection, reporting, and upholding confidentiality. Essential What You'll Do: Provide face-to-face and telephone support, information, and advocacy to women experiencing domestic abuse with housing needs. EssentialConduct comprehensive assessments to understand individual needs and risks, developing personalised safety and support plans. EssentialCollaborate with key partners like homelessness teams and local authorities to secure safe and secure housing. EssentialProactively assess the safety of children involved and take appropriate safeguarding measures. EssentialContribute to the overall success of the project through data analysis and reporting.
