A Mechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager is required at a well-established Mechanical & Electrical company, the site is based in Essex.A Mechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager is required at a well-established Mechanical & Electrical company, the site is based in Essex.Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum Package: Holiday Allowance, Travel Expenses, and Pension Scheme Location: Office Based, site visits will be required Start Date: Immediate Start Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Negotiate favorable terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Draft contracts that adhere to legal requirements and company policies.Contract Management: Oversee contracts from review to execution, ensuring compliance with obligations, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential contract risks and stay updated on regulatory changes to minimize legal exposure.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction.Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to align contract requirements with project goals, offering support on contractual matters.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate contract records and prepare detailed reports on contract status, milestones, and issues for management review.Continuous Improvement: Implement improvements in contract management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
