A Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager is required at a well-established Mechanical & Electrical company, the site is based in Perivale, starting 15th of JulySalary: £75,000 per annum Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets collaboratively, ensuring clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.A Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager is required at a well-established Mechanical & Electrical company, the site is based in Perivale, starting 15th of JulySalary: £75,000 per annum Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets collaboratively, ensuring clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Efficiently manage on-site resources including labor, equipment, and materials, coordinating procurement and logistics for timely delivery.Enforce health and safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and provide training to maintain a safe work environment.Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inspections, and address any issues promptly to meet industry standards.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and timely reporting.Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively, documenting and tracking all adjustments.Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare accurate financial reports.Proactively address project risks, make timely decisions, and collaborate to overcome challenges.Conduct daily site inspections, update schedules and budgets as needed, and provide leadership and support to site personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
